LV outdoor AC Disribution Swichgear panel 660V MNS

MNS LV withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as device) is manufactured by standard module through consulting MNS series low voltage switch cabinet of Switzerland ABB Company, and synthetically improved. The device is applicable to the system with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 660V and below, used as control device for various power generation, transmission, distribution, power transfer and power consumption device. It is widely used in low voltage distribution system of various mining enterprise,tall building and hotel, municipal construction etc.
Besides the general land use, after special disposal, it also can be used for marine petrol drill taken platform and nuclear power station. The device accords with international standard IEC439-1 and national standard GB7251.1.

Structure

Cabinet basic structure is assembled by c type material.C type material is steel (mounting pole modules is E=25mm)curved to make shape in.All cabinet cabinet and inner layer dummp plate go through galvanization purification treatment.surrounding door,side plate go through high pressure electronic spraying.

type of cabinet:
1.Power distribution center cabinet,able to work with Emax ,MT,3WN,ME series of break switch
2.electrometer control center cabinet,is assembled by small and big drawerm.Main switch of each loop use high breaking plastic shell break switch and rotatery load switch equip with fuser.Power factor automally compensation cabinet.

Divisinal design:
1.Power distribution center cabinet(pc):

1).inner cabinet divide into 3 compartment:
Horizontal busbar compartment set in back of cabinet,function unit apartment set in upper side of front cabinet and left side of front cabinet.

2),division measurement:
Horizontal busbar compatment and function unit compartment is divided by steel board
Control loop cmpartment and function unit compartment are divided by polyphenyl ether plastic shield
3).framework type break switch installed in cabinet able to manual operation outside the cabinet in close condition,to observe breaking and closing brake condition and judge break switch in testing position or work position.
4).Between Main circuit and auxiliary circuit is designed in divition structure.Auxiliary electric unit include statuse,signal light and button,installed in platical board.Rear of board use shield made by flame-proof polyurethane expanded plastic to seperate with main circuit

2.Drawable electromotor control center and small current power distribution center(MCC)

Inner cabinet divide into 3 compartment:

Horizontal busbar compartment in back of canbinet,function unit compartment in left side of fornt cabinet ,cable compartment in right side of front cabinet.Horizontal busbar compartment and function unit compartment are divided by function board (made by flame-proof expanded plastic) .Cable compartment ,horizontal compartment and function unit compartment are divided by steel board.

3.rear outgoing line cabinet structure

The structure is design for decrease arrangement width,main busbar of cabinet horizontally installed in top of cabinet,cable chamber set in back of cabinet ,incoming and oytgoing cable connect at cable chamber in back of cabinet.

device chamber set in front cabinet,equip with function unit of switch device.The design shift cable chamber in side of cabinet to back of cabinet,decrease arangement width of cabinet to meet requirement of substition space layout.

feed cabinet width600mm,depth1000/1200mm, top is individual main busbar chamber,isolate with device chamber.Valid high to install device chamber is 72E(E=25mm),isolate with back of cable chamber ,usilize installation space of cabinet,compact structure,flexible unit configuation,reverse side of cable chamber equipt with door,convient installation and maintainence.Width of incoming cabinet is confirmed by framework current.recommanding width is 400/600/800/1000mm,width 1000mm
