Product introduction

S11-33kv oil immersed distribution transformer is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture and civil buildings, and it’s also suitable for places with many oil and chemical substances in petroleum and chemical industries. The low-voltage winding with the capacity of 630 ~ 2000kVA adopts the tubular or spiral structure, with high mechanical strength, balanced ampere turn distribution and good short-circuit resistance. The positioning structure is added to the transformer body to avoid displacement during transportation. At the same time, all fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure that the fasteners won’t loose during long-term operation of the product. The product is free of maintenance and long-term operation.

The coil core fully-sealed distribution transformer is a new generation of low noise and low loss transformer developed in recent years. Its core has no joints, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and no-load current, and makes the no-load current reduced by 60%~80%, and the high and low voltage coils are continuously wound on the stem, and the windings are tight and the concentricity is good, which further enhances the anti-theft performance of the product. The noise drops by more than 10 decibels. The temperature rise is 16-20K lower. Since the iron core (cross-section is purely circular) is continuously wound, the orientation of the silicon steel sheet is fully utilized, and the no-load loss is reduced by 20% to 30%.
 

On the basis of the S9 series, the S11 series products have an average no-load loss of 20%. The no-load current is 70-85% lower than the S9. The temperature rise is reduced by 10K, and the service life is more than doubled. Even under the load of 20%. it can still be used for a long time. The running noise is reduced by 2-4 decibels. High and low voltage windings, body assembly, fuel tank structure, protection device, etc. are similar to S9 series transformers. It also adopts non-suspension structure, adopts vacuum drying, vacuum oil filtering and oil filling process, adopts corrugated oil tank, and has no oil storage cabinet and other structures.

Structural Features

1. Iron core

Is made of high-quality grain oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, with full oblique and holeless binding structure. The iron core is of multi-stage stepped shape, with three or five joints, low loss and low noise. The rolled iron core is directly wound by special equipment, without joints and angle weight, reducing magnetic resistance and low loss. The amorphous alloy transformer core is a new kind of higher quality iron core material, with an average drop of 72% for low air loss and 50% for no-load current compared with the traditional silicon steel sheet.

2. Coil

It is made of high-quality QQ acetal enamelled round copper wire and flat copper coin drawn by oxygen-free copper rod. Coil forms include cylinder type, continuous type, new spiral type, split type, etc with sufficient electrical strength, mechanical strength and heat dissipation capacity. In order to increase the short-circuit resistance of transformer, higher quality self-adhesive transposed conductor can be used. The coil is made of self-adhesive acetal enamelled flat wire. After being wound into a coil, the enamelled flat wires are mutually bonded to form a rigid coil, which can withstand greater bending stress, thus enhancing the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. The biggest characteristic of the self-adhesive transposed conductor is that it can reduce the loss of the transformer. The multi-split conductor and transposition can greatly reduce the eddy current loss and circulation loss, reducing the temperature rise of the hot spot of the winding, and make the temperature distribution of the whole winding more evenly.

3. Oil tank

It is welded by high-quality steel plates elliptical or rectangular structures. The radiator elements are chip type radiator, expansion radiator or corrugated oil tank. The oil tank sealing is tested reliably in the factory. It is sprayed with three times of primer and one time of finish paint inside and outside. The product is salt fog proof, damp heat proof and fungus proof, which can meet the special requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical system and wet and polluted areas. It is beautiful in appearance and reliable in operation.

· Service conditions

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
