Introduction to Products
The performances of model S9-M, S10-M, S11-M 10kv series full-sealed oil-immersed distribution transformes conform to Standards IEC. Its core is made of quality cold-rolled silicon sheet and is of a full-miter non-puncture structure and its oil is made of quality oxygen-free copper.
It adopts radiator oil tank of corrugated shteet type or expansion type. As it doesn't need oil conservator, the height of transformer is reduced, and as the transformer oil doesn't contract with air, the oil ageing is retarded, thus prolonging the service life of transformer. The no-load loss of Model S10-M is 20% lower than that of Model S9-M, and S11-M is 30% lower than S9-M.
· Service conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5°, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7.If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
· Structural features
1. The transformer core is made of folded import high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is bound to ensure the compactness and reduce noise.
2. The high and low voltage winding is made of oxygen-free copper,. The low voltage winding of 500KVA and below is of double-layer barrel structure, and of 630kVA and above is of double helix or four helix structure. The high-voltage winding normally adopts multi-layer barrels structure.
3. Dyn11 method is applied to the transformer connection to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.
4. The transformer is a fully-sealed structure, which can extend its service life, free of core -lifting and maintenance.
5. The measured noise value is lower than the standard. After normal transportation, this series of transformers can be installed with relevant parts and components without core- lifting inspection, and can be put into operation after passing the acceptance test.
