Product Description
Wind farm Substation
Wind farm substation converts 690V voltage generated by wind generator into 10kV or 35kV, and sends power to power grid or users, so as to complete the task of wind power generation. This product of our company installs transformer, oil immersed load switch and high-voltage fuse in the oil tank. Transformer oil is the insulation medium and heat dissipation medium of the whole product, and the low-voltage side is equipped with necessary electrical protection elements. The product has the advantages of intelligence, reliable operation, small volume, light weight and convenient installation and use.
Use condition

2. Ambient temperature range: - 45℃ - + 45℃
3. Outdoor wind speed: ≤ 35m/s
4. Relative humidity: daily average value ≤ 95%, monthly average value ≤ 90%
5. Installation site: it is installed in the place without fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
6. Beyond the above normal use environment conditions, customers can customize with our company.
7. The above is applicable to 50Hz, 10 / 35kV photovoltaic power generation system. The rated capacity of transformer is 500 ~ 1600kVA, which is dedicated to photovoltaic power generation.
Structure characteristic
1. The product structure is divided into three parts: high voltage room, low voltage room and transformer room, forming a "品" structure.
2. The product is totally enclosed structure, safe and reliable, reasonable and compact structure, beautiful appearance and small volume, which can effectively prevent the erosion of sand, rain, snow and salt fog.
3. High voltage room and low voltage room are isolated. The main preloaded equipment of the box body includes: arrester, load switch, transformer tap switch, protection fuse, oil level thermometer, oil level gauge, pressure release valve, oil drain valve and other accessories. The low voltage side is equipped with 690V main circuit breaker and over-voltage protector, and the complete set of automatic measurement and intelligent control system can be designed and installed.

1.Urban public power distribution system,in the residential area,when downtown street load increases,and need to increase the transformer capacity.
