Solar Substation
Solar substation is produced with high-quality materials and high-end technology. It is a high-voltage / low-voltage prefabricated substation (hereinafter referred to as the substation) that centralizes high-voltage switchgear, transformer and protection fuse in the oil tank and integrates with low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary facilities. It is a special power distribution facility that can output electric energy through the grid after the voltage of 0.27kV or 0.315kV from the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is raised to 10kV or 35kV through the step-up transformer. Solar substation is an ideal supporting equipment of photovoltaic power generation system. It has the advantages of compact structure, small floor area, good heat dissipation effect, intelligent operation, safe and reliable volume, convenient installation and use, and high cost performance.

7. The above is applicable to 50Hz, 10 / 35kV photovoltaic power generation system. The rated capacity of transformer is 500 ~ 1600kVA, which is dedicated to photovoltaic power generation.
Structure characteristic
1. The structure is composed of transformer, high-voltage room, low-voltage room and comprehensive room (including detection, load switch and fuse, etc.), which can be arranged according to "目" or "品" type.
2. Terminal type load switch (can be with electric operation function) and fuse protector equipment are adopted at the high voltage side. The load switch and fuse protector are installed in the oil tank of the transformer. The structure is fully sealed and the insulating oil of the transformer is used as the insulation medium and heat dissipation medium. As a whole, it has the advantages of compact structure and good heat dissipation performance.
3. The interior door of high-voltage room is equipped with electromagnetic lock and charged displayer. When the high-voltage side is live, the door of high-voltage room cannot be opened. The external door of transformer shall be equipped with mechanical lock, which meets the five prevention requirements of high-voltage products and ensure personal safety.
4. 10kV combined transformer fuse protection equipment is used in series by high-voltage backup current limiting protection fuse and plug-in overload protection fuse to provide full range protection for transformer. The high-voltage current limiting protection fuse is used as the short-circuit protection of transformer, and the plug-in overload protection fuse is used as the protection of overload and small fault short-circuit current of transformer and other power equipment.
5. 35kV combined transformer fuse protection adopts a new type of full range protection high-voltage current limiting fuse, which can reliably cut off any fault current between the current causing melt melting and the rated breaking current. It uses the high breaking capacity of current limiting fuse and the small current protection features of non current limiting fuse to get the full range Good characteristics of disconnection.
