Product Introduction
 
1. The iron core is made of high quality and low loss oriented cold rolled silicon steel sheet, which

adopts two kinds of structure of three steps and five steps with all inclined seams. There are two

advanced transverse shear lines in our factory, which can ensure the automatic shearing of this

type of sheet, lOSS DOWN 7 ~ 10% , no-load current down more than 30% ; !

2.Oxygen-free copper wire is adopted in the coil lead, which enlarges the use range of the layer coil

and adds axial interlayer oil channel! All products are used three-level inspection system, that is, the

operator self-inspection, workshop inspection, Inspection, to ensure the high quality of products;!

3.The insulating parts adopt the dense technology to ensure that the shrinkage of the insulating parts

is minimum!

4.The advanced domestic drying system was introduced to dry the transformer insulation

with kerosene as the medium, which can extrude the water molecules from the deep insulation, dry

thoroughly and quickly!

5.The preheating, vacuuming and final water output of the system are all

controlled automatically by microcomputer, the vacuum degree can reach 6PA, and the system has

the functions of self-checking fault and cross-country diagnosis!
