110 Kv three-phase oil-immersed power transformers
110kV three-phase oil immersed power transformer is manufactured according to IEC60076 standardof the Electrotechnical Commission and standards GB1094.1 ~ 2-1996 and GB1094.3.5-1985 with frequency of 50Hz, and is suitable for power transmission and transformation of industrial and agricultural power grid. The new series of 110kV power transformers are characterized by low noise, low partial discharge, low temperature rise, short circuit resistance, impact resistance, no leakage and beautiful appearance.
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet in a full inclined pore-free structure. Low magnetic steel plate is used for pulling plate, which firmly connects the upper and lower clamps with the core to form a steel structure.This structure generates less no-load loss and lower noise. The burr of silicon steel sheet shear port shall not be greater than 0.02mm. The no-load performance index is superior to the national standard of China.
According to the capacity of the transformer, the winding is made of cylinder, spiral, continuous and other structures. For the 110kV UHV transformer, the winding adopts tangled or inner screen structureso as to effectively improve the distribution of impulse voltage. The conductor uses transposed conductor or composite conductor to reduce the additional loss of the winding. Uses of computer simulation to calculate the impact characteristics of electric field and windingensures excellent electrical characteristics and impact strength of the winding. Effective measures are adopted in the process to ensure its safe and reliable operation.
The pressing structure of 110kV UHV Transformer body uses round insulating pressing plate. Adoption of theintegrated winding assemblyimproves the reliability of the product.
The oil tank is a flat top bell-type structure with folded-plate-type reinforcing iron welded on the tank wall,which improves the mechanical strength of the oil tank. In order to reduce the stray loss of the transformer, the inner wall of a large transformer is equipped with magnetic shield.
In order to prevent the displacement of 110kV UHV Transformerbody during transportation, a positioning device is set in the oil tank. A sealed oil conservator is used to isolate the transformer oil from the air to avoid moisture and oil aging. The end of oil conservatoris equipped with a pointer-type oil level gauge. According to the weight of the transformer oil, a pressure relief valve is installed on the top of the oil tank to ensure the safe operation of the product.
Cooling method is normally air-cooled or nature cooled (ONAF / ONAN) . The transformer operates 100% full load when ONAF and 80% of the full load when ONAN.
Heat dissipation uses sheet radiator, which generates compact shape. The sheet to sheet welding of the radiator is one-time forming, which is reliable. Adopted high-speed low-noise fangenerally blow in horizontal direction.
The start and stop of the fan is controlled by oil temperature and load. A control cabinet is attached for the transformer fan.
The oil conservator is ofa capsuleshape, which equipped with oil resistant, temperature resistant and air tight sealed capsules to isolate the oil from the outside air. The outside of the capsule is oil, and the inside is air. In order to further improve the reliability of the transformer, a silica gel moisture-absorber is used to exchange air in the air chamber of the capsule with the outside air .
