33KV oil immersed transformer
33kV series oil immersed power transformer is advanced in design, and greatly improved in material, structure and technology. Showing strong short-circuit resistance, beautiful appearance, reliable operation, low loss and low noise, it’s performance reaches the advanced level of global similar products.
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5°, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
1. The low-voltage winding is made of full-section copper foil and by special low-voltage winding machine with f-grade insulation.
2. The winding end is sealed and casted with resin, and then shaped by curing to prevent moisture and fouling.
3. Temperature control device: the transformer is equipped with BWDK series signal thermometer, which is embedded in the upper part of the low-voltage coil. The temperature-measuring components can automatically detect and display the working temperature of the corresponding phase coil, and alarm and trip at over temperature .
4. Insulation grade: the insulation grade of transformer can be divided into grades.
