1. The high and low voltage windings are all wound with copper strip;

strength glass reinforced steel structure;
3. The high and low voltage windings are provided with longitudinal ventilation ducts
according to the heat dissipation requirements;
Technical features of epoxy dry type transformer
1 . The damage or partial aging of electrical insulation mostly starts from partial discharge, which is
harmful because the insulation life decreases rapidly and affects the safe operation. Due to its unique
structure, the high and low voltage windings of the dry type transformer are all made of copper strip and
foil, and the advanced manufacturing technology, the high and low voltage windings are all epoxy and
solidified in vacuum, which makes the partial discharge value low
2. strong ability of resisting lightning impulse: Because the high and low voltage windings are all made of
copper strip and foil, the interlayer voltage is low and the capacitance is large, and the initial voltage
distribution of foil windings is close to linear, therefore, it has strong ability of resisting lightning impulse
and strong ability of resisting short circuit: Because the high and low voltage windings have the same
reactance, no spiral angle phenomenon
3. good anti-cracking performance: The dry-type transformer uses the 1-3mm technology of epoxy thin
insulation, which can meet the requirements of anti-cracking after long-term operation in low temperature,
high temperature and wide range of temperature changes The problem of cracking which is difficult to solve
in 6mm thick insulation technology is solved, and the dry-type transformer is guaranteed in technology.
Points to note for transport
(1) The slope of the power transformer shall not exceed 15%
(2) To prevent transformer vibration and collision
(3) The bushing, oil pillow, temperature, gas relay, radiator pipe and explosion-proof cylinder of the
transformer can not bear greater mechanical force, and must not collide with these parts and devices
during transportation and hoisting
(4) When hoisting the transformer, the special rings under the oil tank should be used to bear the load,
the heat pipe can not bear the load, otherwise it will be damaged, leaking,
bending or deformation
