Characteristics:
Low energy consumption:The adoption of isotropic soft magnetic material generates low magnetization power, high electrical resistivity and low eddy current consumption. The no-load loss and current of the core made of amorphous alloy are very low, only 1/3 of that of silicon steel sheet.
Strong corrosion resistance: the amorphous alloy core is fully wrapped by resin and high temperature resistant silica gel,n which effectively prevent corrosion and falling off of amorphous alloy fragments, and also provide better protection for the core and coil.
Low noise. Improvement of the structure of iron core and coil and adoptionof special noise -reduction materials greatly reducing the operation noise.
Strong short-circuit resistance. This product adopts three-phase five-column structure, and the iron core is protected by frame structure. Featured by low temperature-rise and strong heat dissipation, this productcan workby 150% rated load under air cooling condition. Perfect temperature control protection system is applied to provide reliable guarantee for safe operation of transformer
