Product description

The electric furnace transformer produced by our company absorbs the advanced technology and process of the same industry all over the world. The iron core adopts high magnetic conductivity silicon steel sheet and five-stage step stacking mode to reduce no-load loss and noise. High quality oxygen free copper conductor is used for electromagnetic wire. With special structure, the transformer has many advantages, such as strong overload capacity, high anti-short circuit ability and so on, which makes the technical performance of the product at the domestic advanced level.

 

Structure features

 

1. Iron core

The core of the shell furnace transformer is a frame structure with full oblique joint. The iron core has narrow width, good heat dissipation conditions and simple structure.

 

2. Winding

The winding of the shell furnace transformer is a rectangle with the same shape as the section of the core column. The low-voltage winding is made of a whole copper plate, with good heat dissipation conditions, and the outlet is of welded structure; the high-voltage winding is of pie structure. The winding arrangement shall be staggered. The high voltage line and low voltage line in each group should have equal magnetic potential, and their radial dimensions should be basically equal. Theoretically, the low-voltage line segment is placed at both ends because of its small insulation distance to the core. However, in order to make the short-circuit impedance of the transformer smaller, it needs more than one magnetic flux leakage group to meet the requirements, and the number of magnetic flux leakage groups will be limited when the low-voltage line segments are placed at both ends, so sometimes the high-voltage line segments are placed at both ends. In the process of voltage regulation, in order to make the line configuration symmetrical and ensure the magnetic potential balance, multi-channel parallel connection is usually used in the voltage regulation line, so as to ensure that the impedance of each magnetic leakage group is equal and the current of each low-voltage line section is equal.

 

3 Cooling mode

The shell type electric furnace transformer generally adopts forced oil-oriented circulation, forced water cooling or forced oil-oriented circulation, forced air cooling. As the shell type transformer can easily place a partition between the oil tank and the body, the cooled transformer oil is forced to flow through the line cake, the oil flow is uniform, the temperature difference of each part is small, the heat dissipation effect is good, the hottest point temperature can be reduced by about 5°C, and the additional overload capacity of the transformer can be increased.

 

4. Oil tank

Because the winding of the shell transformer is completely shielded by the iron core, the possibility of damage due to the external force is small, so the oil tank of suitable shape can be adopted according to the shape of the body, so that the size and weight of the transformer are greatly reduced.
