SH15-M 3 phase amorphous alloy 13.2kv to 480v transformer

 

Product introduction

SH15 series amorphous alloy full-sealed transformer is an epoch-making and trans-century “Green” product. The iron base amorphous alloy core has high saturation magnetic induction intensity, low loss (equivalent to 1/3-1/5 of silicon sheet), low corrective force and low excitation current and good temperature stability.

 

The amorphous alloy is a novel energy-saving material made with a fast and abrupt-solidfication process and the metal atoms arrange in a disordered amorphous state and its structure completely different from crystal of silicon steel makes it easily magnetized and de-magnetized. When this novel material is used in transformer core, a running transformer may be easily subjected to 120 cycles/second of magnetizing and de-magnetizing process and thus no-load loss of the core is greatly reduced. If the said alloy is used in oil-immersed transformer, escape of harmful gases such as CO2, SO2 and NOX may be reduced and thus it is known as “green material” of 21 century.

 

A Model SH-15 amorphous alloy product adopts a single-frame or three-phase five-legged spiral core. The core is clamped with sheet-formed structure and the low-voltage coil is of a foil winding type so as to render a low loss and a high short-circuit withstand. It has advanced and rational structure and its overall performances reach international advanced level.

 

·Service conditions

1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;

3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;

4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;

6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.

 

·Structural features:

1. The low-voltage winding of an oil immersed transformer, except for copper conductor used for small capacity transformer, generally adopts copper foil winding and extraction hydro-cylinder structure; and the high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer barrel structure. These result in evenly distributed ampere-turns, small magnetic flux leakage, high mechanical strength and strong short-circuit resistance.

2. The iron core and winding are fastened separately. The machine height, low-voltage lead and other fastening parts adopt self-locking locknut and non-suspension structure, which can withstand impact during transportation.

3. The coil and iron core are treated by vacuum-drying, and the transformer oil is filtered and oiled in vacuum to reduce the water content inside of the transformer.

4. The oil tank is made of corrugated plate, which could absorb oil to compensate temperature fluctuation caused by oil volume change. Therefore, this product has no external oil tank, which significantly reduces height of the transformer.

5. As the corrugated plate replaces the oil storage tank, the transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, effectively preventing entry of oxygen and water and resulting in the decrease of insulation performance.

6.The above five performances enables the oil immersed transformer no need to change oil in normal operation, greatly reducing the maintenance cost , and extending the service life of the transformer.
